Weddings top the list: ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties, rehearsals, and showers. We also host corporate events and retreats, conferences, quinceañeras, proms, holiday parties, birthdays, anniversaries, art and craft shows, and health, yoga, and Pilates retreats.
Every collection includes the whole ranch: tables, chairs, bar, photo booth, Bridal Suite, Groom's Cabin, Zen Room, caterer's kitchen, the Pole Barn, firepits, Starlink WiFi, and parking with wheelchair access.
175 guests seated comfortably at tables inside the Venue, up to 200 with our covered porch seating, and up to 300 for cocktail-style, row seating, or standing.
Indoor in the climate-controlled Venue, outdoor beneath the Twin Oaks or at the half-moon stairs, or covered outdoor at the open-air Pole Barn.
We'll move your ceremony under the Pole Barn or into the Venue, and we'll always do our best to accommodate you. That said, we have zero control over Mother Nature, and you must be okay with that.
The ranch is fully climate-controlled, so our peak season is all year round. Rates do vary by season and day of the week. Inquire for collection pricing.
Yes, commission all your favorites. Every vendor must carry insurance naming Three Fours Ranch as additional insured. We also have experienced, licensed bartenders available.
Your deposit is one third of your collection price, due at booking to secure your date. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellations more than 120 days out: deposit forfeited, other payments refunded. Less than 120 days out: the full rental fee is forfeited. Date changes are permitted within 60 days of booking for a $444 fee, subject to availability.
Yes. Every event needs a special event insurance policy covering the day before, day of, and day after (through providers like Eventsured or Wedsure), received no later than 30 days before your event.
Never. We host one wedding per day, always. The ranch is entirely yours.
Regal: 10:00 PM. Ritzy: 11:00 PM. Royal: midnight.
Wedding coordination isn't included in our collections, but we're happy to point you toward coordinators couples have loved.
The closest hotels are the Holiday Inn Express Starke, Hampton Inn and Suites Macclenny, and Holiday Inn Express Macclenny. The Groom's Cabin is also available for overnight stays.
