Our Story
Where timeless romance meets Southern charm.
Three Fours Ranch began the way most family dreams do: quietly, in conversations around the supper table. What existed only in our imaginations slowly took shape as our family united, each of us bringing our own hands, skills, and stubborn hope to the work.
Turning that dream into 136 acres of celebration took inspiration, perseverance, and the courage to take real risks. It strengthened our family's bond, and it proved something we already believed: with unshakeable faith, unity, and passion, a distant dream can become a cherished reality.
Today the ranch is our family's legacy project, and every couple who marries here becomes part of the story. We don't just host weddings, we foster lifelong marriages and cultivate priceless experiences.

The Inspiration
The name we gave this land.
On April 20, 2022 at 4:44 pm, wrapped in my arms, my beloved Granny Corbitt took her final Earthly breath and opened her eyes to eternity in the arms of our Heavenly Father.
She instilled in me every skill I needed to survive and succeed in this life: faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, authentic love, honor, commitment, forgiveness, grit, work ethic, and generosity. Most of the goals I have set and reached over the course of my life trace straight back to her wisdom and her steadfast leadership. I rarely made an important decision without stopping first to ask myself, “Will this make my Granny proud of me?”
I do not believe in coincidences, because I believe in Jesus Christ. She left us at precisely 4:44, and that evening a dear friend wrote to tell me what those numbers carry: unity, togetherness, and the protection offered by the angels.
We have christened this land Three Fours Ranch in her honor. She taught us everything we know about God’s word, salvation, and the value of owning and respecting His land. She will forever be the guiding light at Three Fours Ranch.
Our Mission
A place meant to bless others.
Our family conducts our lives in line with the golden rule, both personally and professionally. We operate in the old-fashioned, tried and true way of life that our grandparents and great-grandparents taught us. Giving unto others is essential in receiving The Lord’s favor upon yourself. We believe that, unequivocally.
We believe fiercely in the sanctity of marriage, and we aim to be an inspiration and encouragement to the younger generations. We also desire to pay homage to those who have unfailingly stayed the course: for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health.
Each year we pay it forward by offering our venue to two nominated couples: one in tribute to a Silver Anniversary, and one in tribute to a Golden Anniversary.

An ardent leader and mentor, Dawn exemplifies how women can excel as devoted wives and mothers while also thriving as powerful entrepreneurs. In 2023 she was recognized as one of the Top 20 Women in the Construction Industry: a true testament to her public influence, unwavering dedication, and commitment to excellence.
Before she built spaces, Dawn captured moments. As a professional wedding photographer she memorialized love and laughter, turning life's fleeting moments into timeless art. In 2010 her talent was recognized nationwide when she graced the centerfold of Professional Photographers of America Magazine, a moment that marked her as a visionary storyteller. Yet for Dawn, a single story was never enough. She was drawn to business, real estate, and construction. Her imagination began drifting from photographs to structures, from capturing beauty to building it.
Then came the vision: a space that would embody everything she had learned, everything she had loved. She drew the first lines herself, imagined each room before it existed, and oversaw every detail as her family's dream rose from the ground. Every beam, every corner, every whisper of elegant design carries her hands, her heart, and her story. And in that space of passion and possibility, Three Fours Ranch was born: not just a structure, but a blessed place where dreams take shape, artistry lives, and imagination becomes reality.
Grounded in her faith, love for her family, and driven by a mission to make a lasting impact, Dawn continues to build, inspire, and lead on the blessed grounds at Three Fours Ranch and beyond.
